Have you ever found yourself got stuck with a shampoo which you don't like anymore? Do you still want to use it for other uses? Well there are several ways to use your unwanted shampoo.

For Clothes

* It might sound impossible but try it if you have got paint on your clothes. It will take the paint right off the clothes.

* Left over shampoo can also be used to wash out nylons. It does really a good job.

* Are you afraid of using harsh cleaning chemicals on your wool rug? So use your shampoo for spot cleaning rugs or upholstery.

* Shampoo is another great and safe way to get rid of grease out of clothes. It has strong cleaning properties than we realize.

* Shampoo can remove the blood from your white linens. Did you know that? Now try this, pour shampoo directly on the blood spot and Cover the area with a wet towel. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. See it for your self what shampoo can do and your detergent could not. It really works.

* To get the yellow off of the collar and cuffs from a shirt use shampoo as a pretreatment and see it working.

* Because of the gentle nature of shampoo with conditioner it can be used to wash woolen or delicate clothes. Wash your fancy lingerie with it will not only clean it gently but also leave it smelling nice.

Beauty Tips Using Shampoo

* Mix any shampoo and baking soda to get rid of build up in the hair. You will notice you hair is soft and squeaky clean.

* To get smooth and soft shave use up old conditioner and shampoo instead of shave cream. You will save money and use the unwanted stuff which has great results.

* Use the shampoo you don't like to wash your combs and brushes.

* Make your own shower wash with unwanted shampoo. It is a great way really to make your own shower wash at no extra cost to you.

* All-in-one use your unwanted shampoo as a bubble bath.

* Washing eyelashes & brows with baby shampoo works wonders for dry eyes. Dry eye is caused by our natural oils and washing the lashes several times a day and using liquid tear products can help dry eyes.

Toilet Cleaning With Shampoo

* If you are out of toilet cleaner try using shampoo. It does work as a good tub cleaner.

* It is the probably the only great way which does a really good job of cleaning fiberglass sinks and tubs.

Other uses

* Use it for cleaning the cork handles on old fishing poles.

* Try your shampoo on your dog or cat they will stay nice smelling long enough. If you have a puppy or a kitten use baby shampoo to avoid eye irritation.

* Use conditioner free shampoo for cleaning your arts and crafts paint brushes. Put a drop in the palm of your hand and scrub the brushes vigorously and rinse and repeat until all the paint is gone.

* If you have expensive hobby like horses you can easily cut down on the expense by using shampoo for washing them.

* Shampoo with a conditioner can be used as liquid hand soap.

* Shampoo can be used as a multi-purpose cleaner. Use it like as liquid cleaner for mopping the floor, washing woodwork, etc.

* If you are one of those who spun your own yarns then the wash fleece with your shampoo. Once washed yarn is already fairly clean and yarn has a nice fragrance.

*It is an easy way to make bubble maker. Mix shampoo and water together for making bubble maker for your kids. The sweet smelling shampoo bubbles will make the house smell good.

* Divers and snorkelers often use a drop of baby shampoo on the lenses of their diving masks which keep them fog free for a long time. Just rub one drop on the inside of each lens, rinse briefly in seawater and you're good to go!

Clean Metal

* Use leftover shampoo with regular baking soda to clean and polish almost any hard surface till it gleams, especially chrome. It works wonders on rings in the bathtub and shower tiles without the awful fumes. The best part it leaves shower smelling great!

Car washing

* An Herbal shampoo with non-toxic ingredients can be used for dish washing or even car washing. Make sure if use only the non-toxic one, always check the label.
